Could it be allergies?

September 17, 2025 6:30 pm

Allergies are a very common problem. They happen when your immune system overreacts to something that’s usually not harmful. When you touch, inhale or eat something you’re allergic to, your body thinks it’s harmful and reacts to try to get rid of it. You can be allergic to almost anything — like pollen, animals, medications and food. Some people have allergies causing symptoms that are pretty minor, though annoying. Others have to completely alter their lives to avoid serious, sometimes life-threatening reactions.

If you or a loved one is struggling with allergies, you won’t want to miss this free seminar. One of Western New York’s leading otolarnygologists (“Ear, Nose & Throat” or ENT specialists), Dr. Natalka Stachiw from WNY ENT will provide you with helpful insights about allergies. She’ll review the causes, the symptoms, the steps you can take to help minimize them and the full range of treatment options available. And of course, she’ll also answer your questions along the way.

This is an online video conference accessible through Zoom video conferencing.
