Seeking part time and full time Medical Assistants for fast paced Otolaryngology Practice with multiple locations. We are currently hiring in Orchard Park and Williamsville.  Individuals must have good communication skills, clinical skills, be able to multitask, work under pressure and still maintain a positive attitude as a team player. Experience is helpful but will train the right candidate. No weekends. Must be willing to work 3-4 days per week and be Covid-19 vaccinated. Serious inquiries only please.

Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients
• Obtaining medical history & vitals
• Sterilization of instrument
• Turning over of rooms
• Assisting providers with procedures
• Triaging patient calls
• Maintaining patient confidentiality
• Cross train front office duties
• Additional duties as listed on job description
• Requirements Preferred:
• Medical Assistant Degree
• 1 year experience preferred
• EMR experience preferably Medent

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
