Dr. Michael Cipolla joined WNY ENT in the Summer of 2013. He was born and raised in the Buffalo area, and attended medical school at The University of Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He then completed his residency training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. During residency, he presented at multiple national Otolaryngology meetings and was the recipient of national and departmental research awards.
His Pediatric and Adult Otolaryngology Practice includes sinus disease, thyroid disease, salivary gland disease, voice disorders, ear disease, sleep disorders, and general otolaryngology. He is a member of The American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Medical Association, and Medical Society of the State of New York. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University at Buffalo, and involved in the training of Otolaryngology residents and medical students.
He is affiliated with the Catholic and Kaleida Health systems. He operates at Sisters Hospital, Sisters Hospital-St. Joseph Campus, Women and Children’s Hospital, as well as the Center for Ambulatory Surgery on Orchard Park Road. Dr. Michael J. Cipolla is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology.
